260 Alloy Cartridge Brass

Our most popular badge material, cartridge brass offers an excellent balance of durability, detail, and appearance. Its warm gold color makes it a great choice for plated, painted, or engraved badges.

752 Alloy Nickel Silver (German Silver)

Blurred, metallic surface with vertical streaks and reflections.

Nickel silver, also known as German silver, has a bright silver-colored finish and excellent resistance to tarnishing. It is a popular choice for law enforcement, fire service, and military-style badges that require a clean, professional appearance

Embossing Style

The embossing method plays a major role in the appearance of a finished badge. Different manufacturing techniques offer varying levels of detail, depth, and texture, allowing customers to choose the option that best fits their design and budget.

Embossing Form Die

Our traditional embossing process uses hardened tooling to raise lettering, borders, and artwork directly into the badge. This method creates a classic three-dimensional appearance that has been used on quality badges for generations.

Laser Engraved

Laser engraving is an excellent option for adding fine details, serial numbers, names, and custom artwork. The process produces clean, precise markings while offering flexibility for unique badge requirements.

Quantity

Why does quantity affect price?
The more badges you order, the lower the cost per badge typically becomes. Many of the steps involved in manufacturing a badge happen whether we make one badge or one hundred, so larger quantities allow those costs to be spread across more pieces.

What about repeat orders?
Reordering an existing badge is often more economical than starting from scratch. When existing artwork and tooling are available, we can usually move more quickly through the production process, which may help reduce overall costs.
